I do not know the current location of the Bible, or if it actually was a Bible. A photocopy of the page(s?) was provided to me in 1987 by Loretta Sloan Davidson of Atwood, Tn.

Handwritten across the top of the photocopy is "Bible Record Smith Co. Tn."
Handwritten across the bottom of the photocopy is "Sent by Smith Co. Miss Inez Stallings see Smith Co. Tn."

In the name of God Amen.
I Archibald Sloan Senior of the County of Rowan and State of North Carolina being of sound & perfect mind & memory blessed be God I do this twenty eight day of July 1786 in the year of our lord one thousand seven hundred eighty six make and publish this my last will & testament. Manner following namely First I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Marget all my property of every description and denomination which is within the sate of North Carolina. Second I give and bequeath to my beloved son in law Joseph Sharpe all the interest claim & demand that I have or ought to have either by law or equity to a legacy coming to me from the Estate of the late Archibald Sloan deceased my father in Lancaster County and State of Pennsylvania, and all other interest which I have in the estate aforesaid and likewise all Legacies and other interest accruing to to me out of the Estate of my late brother Samuel deceased, late of the afoursaid County and State.
Thirdly I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son in law Joseph Sharpe afoursaid my whole and sole Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Archibald Sloan have to this my last will & testament set my hand & seal the day and year above written. Signed sealed published & declared by the said Archibald Sloan the Testator in & for his last Will & Testament in the presence of us who were present at the signing and Sealing thereof …… Arch Sloan *seal*

Abstract of genealogical information:
For a will that doesn't say very much, it is very useful. It provides the proof that this Archibald Sloan line of Rowan/Iredell Co. NC. originated in Lancaster Co. PA. I believe this is the only evidence that Archibald Sloan, Sr. #1 actually existed in Lancaster Co. PA. It establishes that his brother Samuel is already dead (see the 1771 Samuel Sloan will) even though he is not mentioned in Samuel's will. None of his 10 children are listed, only the son-in-law Joseph Sharpe (husband of Jean Sloan). The witness Daniel McEwen is also a son-in-law. See the Patrick Sloan Bible record for proof of children.
