Will*16 June 1853 Andrew Co., MO, I Sarah Richards of Andrew County, in the State of Missouri, Relict (jjm: A woman whose husband is dead; a widow) of Edmund Richards late of MaCoupin County and State of Illinois, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby --- and making void all former wills by me at any time here to fore made. First I direct that my body be directly intered? and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my situation in life; and as to the property or effects I may be in possession of, or have a right to the possession of at the time of my death I direct to be disposed of in the following manner viz. All the property or effects of mine that may be in the care of my beloved Son, Zechariah W. Richards at the time of my death I give to him. And I also give unto my beloved Son Caleb D. Richards all the property or effects of mine that may be in his possession at the time of my death. I also direct further that all the money or effects, rights or evectiy? that may be due, --- owing, or coming to me in any manner or from any other sources than from my two beloved Sons named above, portion? culavly? what may be coming to me in the way of dower from my husband's estate in the State of Illinois be divided between my two beloved sons Zechariah W. Richards, and Caleb D. Richards Share and Share alike, and the money or property that I have heretofore given to either of my two beloved sons is to remain theirs forever. All of the above I conceive justly due my two beloved sons Zechariah W. Richards and Caleb D. Richards in consequence of the kind care they have too then? of me in my old age. And I hereby make and ordain my two beloved Sons Zechariah W. Richards and Caleb D. Richards Execeutors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I, Sarah Richards the testatrix, have here unto Set my hand and seal, this Sixteenth day of June in the year eighteen hundred and fifty three

Be it remembered that on this 28th day of January A D 1854 personally appeared before me the Probate judge within and for Andrew County Edwin Tool and John Gilliam who have duly sworn by me upon their oath Say they saw Sarah Richards the above testatrix Sign the fore going by making her mark which she published and for her last will and testament that at the Execution the said testatrix was of sound mind and disposing memory and over the age of twenty one years, that the said testatrix Called upon said deponent to witness said will which they did by subscribing their names thereto as witnesses in the presence of said testatrix and in the presence of each other, and further they Say not
