"She was a home loving individual, rather jovial, yet reserved in so much as to make her loved by many. By vocation she and the husband were miners. She was not exceptionally strong yet never complained but little having contracted a cold which settled in her head and in 48 hours she bid adieu to this live at the age of 42 years and 8 days, on November 17, 1938 at their Runnells home." Date Conflicts: Obituary states November 17, 1938. Edna Jones bible gives both 17 Nov. and 17 Dec. 1938.
