Marriage*1 October New Kirk, OK, "Married: Miss. Hazel Hestand [sic.] and Forest Darnell, of Winfield, stole away from friends and acquaintances and were united in marriage at New Kirk, Oklahoma Saturday October 1st, returning that night to the Nelson Carter home, leaving Sunday for Winfield where Mr. Darnell runs a butcher shop. Miss Hestand is well acquainted here and her many friends extend congratulations." Do not have clipping date but the only years with Saturday Oct. 1st are 1921 (age 17), 1927 (age 23), or 1932 (age 28)., Principal=Hazel Ellen Heistand1
