Note* 1855: Story says: "The first steam grist mill was built at Bungtown, by Eli, Ira and Bennet Sloan, and Waldron Williams."

Based on the above it appears that Bennet is a brother to Eli and Ira, however he appears to be mentioned in Ebson Sloan's bible as Benjamin w/wife A. Williams.
